Who processes your data

The data controller is Listify s.r.o., company number 04198042, registered office at Rybná 716/24, Staré Město, 110 00 Praha 1, Czech Republic, entered in the Commercial Register kept by the Municipal Court in Prague, Section C, Insert 243995.

The company runs this site and answers the enquiries that come through it. For anything about your personal data, use the contact details at the end of this page.

What we hold about you

The site has no sign-up and no user accounts. The contact form is the only place where we ask you for anything.

• The name you fill in.
• The email address we reply to.
• A phone number, if you give one. It is optional.
• The language you would like the answer in.
• The text of your message.

Nothing else is sent. The site does not record what you read or where you clicked.

Why we process it and for how long

The details from the form serve one purpose, to answer you and arrange a viewing or the sale. We pass them to nobody for marketing and we do not sell them.

The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, under Article 6(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation. If you are only asking a question and not negotiating a purchase, we rely on our legitimate interest in answering, under point (f) of the same article.

We keep your message while the discussion runs and then for at most three years from the last message, so that we can come back to it. After that we delete it.

Who else sees it

The message is delivered by Resend, the incoming mail sits in a mailbox at Google, and the site runs on Vercel. All three act as processors and may process the data outside the European Union, under standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

We pass the data to nobody else. There is no automated decision-making and no profiling.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time for access to your data, for it to be corrected or erased, for processing to be restricted, and for the data to be moved to another controller. You can also object to processing based on legitimate interest.

Write to the contact below and we will answer within one month at the latest.

If you believe we handle your data badly, you can complain to the Czech data protection authority, Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů, Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Prague 7, Czech Republic.

If you live in another European Union country, you can also turn to the supervisory authority in your own country.

Cookies

This site uses no cookies. None of its own, none from anyone else, none for measurement.

It stores two technical items in your browser. Neither holds personal data and neither ever leaves your browser.

• Your choice of currency, so you do not have to switch it again on your next visit.
• A mark that this tab has already been counted in the visit number in the footer.

The number in the footer is a plain total. Alongside it we keep two more numbers, how many visits came on a given day and how many came from which country. The owner gets a summary of these by email once a day.

The country is worked out by Vercel from your IP address before the request reaches our own code. We do not store the address itself, and the totals we keep cannot be traced back to a single visit or a single person.

The video on the page

The section on energy carries a video embedded from YouTube. Until you agree to it, the video does not load and no connection to Google is made.

Once you agree, the player pulls data from several Google servers, and Google learns your IP address, details about your browser and the fact that you watched the video. What happens to that data afterwards is governed by Google's own policy.
